Personal Programming


Personal Programming is for those who want the individualized program they receive in personal training but do not need/desire the constant eye of a trainer. Much like Personal Training your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, perform a body fat analysis and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. However, members who choose this option come in and do their workout at their own pace.

 This option includes a personalized program to meet your specific needs and goals, a movement assessment, a body fat analysis, monthly check ups, and open access to the gym and the coaches
