Group classes are at the core of CrossFit Afton and are offered Monday through Friday in the morning, noon, and evening and Saturday mornings (See our Group Class Schedule for specific class times and to sign-up for classes).
Three to four classes per week is all you need to attend to be in the best shape of your life! If you follow our program and can honestly say that you do not look and feel better, we will give you a full refund on your investment with our facility.
